Prior to his role at OrgEvo Consulting, Ilu was a key figure at BYJU'S, the world’s leading edtech company, where he headed marketing operations and corporate strategy. He led a high-performing presales team of over 3000 professionals and managed the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and delivering impactful results. His strategic initiatives resulted in substantial growth, generating 75K leads, 15K walk-ins, and 1.5K enrollments weekly.
Ilu's expertise extends to driving 7x growth for the Meritnation Business unit of Aakash Edutech within just seven months. He has spearheaded integrated marketing campaigns across various stages of the sales funnel, including lead generation, nurturing, pipeline acceleration, and upselling/cross-selling to existing customers.
